Sugar girls notch 47-30 win over S. Fremont

South Fremont shut out Sugar-Salem in the first quarter of Wednesday’s Mountain Rivers Conference opener, but the Diggers responded with a 25-point second quarter en route to a win.

Teton Valley skier Breezy Johnson got her start at Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and was molded by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Snow King Resort. She now is competing on the U.S. Alpine ‘A’ team and is in contention for the 2018 U.S. Olympic team, and has communities on both sides of the Tetons supporting her.

Ririe girls complete 52-47 comeback win over West J

The Ririe High School girls basketball team got a combined 28 second half points from Maddie Johnson and Indee Williams to help complete a 52-47 comeback win over West Jefferson to move to 13-1 overall and 3-0 in Nuclear Conference play.
