The Idaho Falls Arts Council will host its fourth annual Wines at the Willard from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. May 4 at the Willard Arts Center.
The Arts Council fundraiser, formerly known as Eastern Idaho Wine Festival and Microbrews, provides a chance to taste hundreds of wines and microbrews from local distributors. Wine and beer will also be available for purchase.
The event also features a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres from local caterers, a live band, and more. This year’s event will expand on to A Street, which will be closed from Park to Capital.
“Last year was our first year hosting this event in our own building,” Brandi Newton, Executive Director of the Idaho Falls Arts Council, said in an Arts Council news release. “We loved bringing it home and showing off the place that the fundraiser benefits. We are so grateful to all of the volunteers and vendors that make this event possible.”
Tickets are $40, or $75 for the VIP Experience, which will be held on the Colonial Theater stage from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and included the chance to sample higher end wines and exclusive catering from Diabla’s Kitchen.
